Preparation Thoroughly mix the baking mix, water, cottage cheese and oil in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer (whisk) or a mixing spoon until a homogeneous mass is formed. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough swell for about 30 min. Stir the dough again briefly and pour in batches into the preheated and well-greased waffle iron (or silicone molds or pan). Bake for 100 sec. at 200 °C (in the pan: from both sides). You still need 190 g quark (40 %), 115 ml warm water (approx. 30 °C), 90 ml cooking oil
