Preparation
78 g cream powder for 125 ml red wine, 75 ml water and 125 g whipped cream
1. put red wine and water (both at room temperature) into a mixing bowl.
2. add cream powder and mix briefly with a mixer (fat-free beaters) on lowest speed. Then whip on high speed for 2 min.
Whip the cold whipping cream until stiff and stir in briefly.
Pour the red wine cream into glasses or a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
