Pasta Napoli - simple, quick, delicious:
- 3 bells of durum wheat pasta 500g pack
- 1 bottle of Mommy Passed Italian Tomatoes
- 1 mom tomato paste tin
Cook 3 bells of durum wheat spaghetti (500g) in hot salt water for 7 to 8 minutes.
Lightly braise a chopped onion in a saucepan with 2-3 teaspoons of olive oil. Add mom pasteurized tomato sauce and tomato paste. Stir everything. Season with salt, a little pepper, fresh or dried basil and oregano.
