Preparation: Mix the baking mixture, water, milk, cottage cheese and oil in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer (whisk) or a mixing spoon until a homogeneous mass is formed. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough swell for about 30 min. Stir the batter again briefly and pour in batches into the preheated and well-greased waffle iron (or silicone molds or pan). Bake for 100 seconds at 200 °C (in the pan: from both sides).
