Diamant durum wheat semolina is made from selected durum wheat. Durum wheat has a hard-grained structure and a golden yellow color. Semolina is the large parts of the grain kernel that are obtained after the first milling process of the grain kernel. Grinding removes all the husk residues that are still attached to the semolina particles. Durum wheat semolina is particularly suitable for preparing soups, dumplings and casseroles.
